Seth Rollins had a week to remember, something The Bloodline can’t say. The group was on the receiving end of a beating from The Brawling Brutes and Drew McIntyre, who joined forces to teach them a lesson.

As the Survivor Series Wargames approach, Rollins will look to insert himself into a high-profile match. If he analyzes the feud between The Bloodline and their current rivals, he can see that Roman Reigns and company still have the numbers advantage. Sami Zayn’s absence on Friday meant the fight was very much 4v4, but that doesn’t need to be the case from here on out.

Because of this, the babyfaces will need another wrestler in their corner to help them get a proper fight. We look at four reasons why Seth Rollins should be the fifth member against the five-man Bloodline if the two factions should be booked to battle at the Survivor Series Wargames.

#4 on our list of reasons why Seth Rollins should be the fifth member vs. The Bloodline at Survivor Series Wargames: He and The Bloodline have a lot of history

Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns go way back

WWE fans are familiar with the long-standing rivalry between Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. They have fought countless battles against each other, most recently in 2022, when the former clashed with the entire bloodline. It was one of the best feuds of the year and one WWE will be eager to revisit in the future.

The company could have Rollins emerge as the fifth member of Sheamus’ team and take the fight to his old rival. Celtic Warrior and Drew McIntyre are also superstars who dislike Reigns and have a history with him. The Visionary joining their ranks will increase their threat significantly and put The Bloodline on high alert.

#3 He can be the high-flying daredevil of his team

The Bloodline featured the likes of Sami Zayn and The Usos, three superstars who would take significant risks to secure victory. When it comes to Sheamus’ team, they are men who like to take a strength-based beating on their foes. However, that also means they don’t have anyone flying around the ring and taking obstacles, especially considering they’re fighting in a WarGames match.

Thus, if Sheamus can convince someone like Seth Rollins to join his side, they would be a good team. With his high-flying moves and risk-based offense, he could have Roman Reigns and The Bloodline on their guard. The Revolutionary has had a lot of success with this approach, making him a valuable asset to Sheamus’ team.

#2 Rollins’ rumored face turn could take shape

Seth Rollins is one of the hottest superstars on the main roster. Despite playing a narcissistic and smooth heel, fans love him a lot. They sing his entrance music and cheer him on without doing things like attacking Cody Rhodes.

Rollins was recently taking an almighty (ahem) beating from Bobby Lashley. Given how WWE has been booking him as a heel since Crown Jewel, they might as well have hinted at a Visionary face turn. We can’t say for sure yet, but he could join the team that battles The Bloodline on SmackDown.

The four-time world champion would prove to be one of the top babyfaces on the roster by teaming up with The Brawling Brutes and Drew McIntyre. It’s about time he became a fan favorite.

#1 sets up a potential title match between Rollins and Roman Reigns

Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns last fought for the world title in January 2022. At that point, the former player successfully went into the latter’s head, leaving him a broken man. Although Reigns retained the title, Rollins was shaken after winning the war.

Unfinished business between the two men suggests that a rematch is inevitable. The WWE is in favor of a team considering the Visionary’s move from RAW to SmackDown and landing him in the Survivor Series Wargames. During the feud, he is able to rehash their history and back up his talk with great performances in matches, leaving the company with no choice but to book another showdown between him and The Tribal Chief.

The stats show that Reigns has never beaten Rollins when it mattered. That’s one asterisk on his stellar resume. WWE should allow him to make amends, which could happen with Rollins’ inclusion on the team to battle The Bloodline.
