Roman Reigns is on a roll with his fellow stablemates. He recently crossed another big WWE milestone, with WWE Survivor Series Wargames almost on the horizon.

At Crown Jewel 2022 in Saudi Arabia, Roman Reigns defeated Logan Paul in an Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match to retain his title. Today, Reigns has surpassed 800 days as Universal Champion.

At WWE SummerSlam 2020, Roman Reigns returned to the company and won the Universal Championship seven days later. It’s been 800 days since Reigns defeated Braun Strowman and The Fiend and still has the belt safely on his shoulders.

How did WWE fans react when Roman Reigns hit another impressive WWE milestone?

The WWE Universe is divided like never before regarding Reigns’ current run as the company’s top man. Reigns’ latest performance has received mixed reactions from fans.

Some of the notable reactions can be seen below:

@WrestleOps @WWERoman Empire @WWE @hemanhustle 800 days people don’t get a chance to be a champ, as much as I love his run it’s getting stale and it’s affecting trip bookings.

@WrestleOps I want to know how Hulk Hogan was WWF Champion for 4 years in the mid 80’s. To say nothing of Bruno’s 12-year reign as WWWF Champion. There is zero chance Roman Reigns will sneeze at one of these.

@WrestleOps @WWERoman Empire @WWE @hemanhustle The greatest reign of the modern era and it’s not really close. Gimmicks, character work, matches, promos, representations, literally everything is perfect.

@WrestleOps @WWERoman Empire @WWE @hemanhustle Reigns has gone from my most hated wrestler to the reason I watch wrestling. I acknowledge my tribal chief. We’ll miss this run when it’s over!

Reagan’s confidence is at an all time high right now. Earlier this year, he opened up about his WWE career and called himself the GOAT:

“For me, I’m not trying to get there, I believe I’m there. I believe I’m living in the days of the GOAT in my own performance. I’m just constantly pushing myself, and for many reasons, I feel like I’m the greatest.” And as a singles competitor, as a Universal Champion, as the top guy in WWE, as the face of this billion-dollar company, I’m the greatest of all time.” [H/T The Sportster]

Reigns added the WWE Championship to his collection after defeating Brock Lesnar in the main event of WrestleMania 38. Since then, Reigns has managed to rise to the very top of WWE’s food chain. Over the past two years, he has outlasted WWE’s top names and is doing the best work of his career.

It certainly wouldn’t be surprising if Reigns surpassed the 1000 day mark as Universal Champion in the coming months. So, it remains to be seen who can dethrone the tribal chief for the coveted title.
